Instructions
Heat oven to 350℉
"Bloom" the gelatin by sprinkling it on top of the 1/2 cup of water. Let sit for a moment to soak up the liquid.
Crack eggs into a large bowl and add the rest of the wet ingredients.
Blend well with stick blender, hand mixer, or fork.
Blend the dry ingredients in another bowl, then stir into the liquid mixture.
Pour into a parchment-lined 9x13 pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Different sized pans can be used for different kinds of bread. Use a smaller pan for thick, fluffy bread. Spread the batter onto a larger parchment-lined baking sheet for breadsticks. Pour into muffin cups for that shape. This recipe makes ALL the breads! 1 tsp of baking powder can be used instead of the cream of tartar and baking soda. We avoid corn and other starches, and baking powders typically have fillers.
